Barn owl hunting, limited edition linocut print

This print was inspired by seeing a barn owl hunting over rough grassland at a rewilding site in south Devon. A magical experience watching the owl flitting ang gliding through the dappled mist. I wanted to show both the lightness and focussed energy of the barn owl in flight (plus my own excitement at witnessing such a rare sight).

This is an original linocut print created using three hand carved linocut blocks. It has been handprinted on acid free Snowdon paper using oil-based inks.

This is an original print and not a digitally reproduced print.

Each print is signed and numbered by me.

Linocut prints are handmade and subtle variations in colour and detail will occur, making each print unique. Photos are for guidance only.

Prints will be carefully wrapped and posted in a postal tube.
